Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding U.S. holidays).
- Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 3–4 business days from the time of placement.
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email from support@jonesroadsbeautygo.com with tracking details.
Estimated Delivery Times
- U.S., U.K., and EU: 3–5 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Australia: 8–11 business days
- New Zealand: 9–12 business days
Duties and Import Taxes
- Canada: For orders over $125 CAD, any applicable duties or import taxes are collected at checkout. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.
- Australia & New Zealand: Duties and import taxes are included in the pricing. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.
- EU: Duties and import taxes are generally included in the pricing. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email from support@jonesroadsbeautygo.com with tracking information so you can monitor your package.
Package Protection
Jones Road Beauty offers optional Package Protection at checkout. By selecting this, your order is safeguarded against loss, damage, or theft during transit.
- If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen (after the carrier confirms delivery), a full replacement order will be processed and shipped at no additional cost.
- Claims must be filed by emailing support@jonesroadsbeautygo.com within 7 days of the carrier’s posted delivery date.
Important Notes
- Jones Road Beauty cannot ship hazmat products (e.g., fragrance) to APO or FPO addresses.
- Shipping address changes cannot be made once an order has shipped.
- P.O. Boxes are not eligible for delivery.
